Do you offer shipping?

Yes! You are welcome to organise your own transport for your products or contact us with your full address for a freight quote.

Australia Post is our preferred carrier for anything smaller.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes! All of our products come with a 12-month replacement or repair warranty. If you ever have an issue with any of our products, please let us know. Conditions apply.

Do you have finance options?

Yes! We offer layby options for up to 12 months, Zip Pay and Afterpay.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Do you supply the Outdoor Play pieces alone?

Yes! You can purchase pieces individually to add to current pieces you have at home. The range is HUGE, some of which can be found on the Outdoor Play page, however, if you can't find what you are looking for, get in touch and we can help you find the perfect piece!
